Congratulations to Dr. Hongmin Zhang, who has completed a PhD in the Intelligent Positioning and Navigation Lab (IPNL) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
The thesis, “Advanced Stochastic Modeling for Urban GNSS PPP-RTK Aided by 3D City Model,” develops advanced stochastic models that strengthen GNSS PPP-RTK positioning in challenging urban environments by drawing on 3D city models.
